World Champion Maple Syrup will be determined at the festival in four grades:
Fancy
Medium Amber
Dark Amber
Grade B
Entrants may submit pint samples for judging in as many grades as they desire (only one entree per grade). Entrants which meet minimum quality standards will be reimbursed $10 for each pint. All submissions will remain the property of the World Maple Festival. Ribbons for first, second, and third place will be issued in each grade, and a Best of Festival award will also be given.
All entries must be properly labeled to include the grade, entrants name and address.
Entries may be dropped off at the Boxcar & Caboose in St. Johnsbury, VT, or they may be mailed to arrive on or before April 26th:
